Breast Care Specialist Nurse

The Breast Care Specialist Nurse will play a pivotal role within the Breast Care team, providing information, advice and support for individuals diagnosed with breast cancer and promoting seamless service within a multi‑professional framework.

Under the support and supervision of the CNS team, the post holder will deliver high‑quality care to individuals with breast cancer and their families or significant others.

The post holder will work closely across the entire patient pathway, implementing holistic care at all stages in both primary and metastatic settings.

In collaboration with the CNS team, the post holder will influence patient care through specialist skills, knowledge and experience.

All clinical work will be delivered within the NHS partnership comprising Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust and Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
