Job Overview

We are hiring a Housekeeper for Paternoster House care home, welcoming candidates new to care or those looking for a challenge away from hospitality and retail.

• Communal cleaning – ensure the communal areas are kept clean and safe for residents and employees.
• Domestic tasks – dust, polish, and vacuum residents’ bedrooms thoroughly and ensure appropriate warning signs are used when required.
• Collaboration – work closely with the home management team to achieve the standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Companionship – provide support, communication, and engagement to residents.

• A minimum of 12 months on the right to work.
• Must be able to drive or live close to the home.
• One position available working 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• Main shift will be 8am-2pm, but must be able to work other shift patterns if needed.

• £12.75 per hour.
