Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist for Palliative Care to work in the community, supporting patients in their own homes. The post is maternity for 9 months, starting October 2026, with a 30-hour week and a focus on delivering high-quality palliative care within the Neighbourhood Community Care Team in Chester.
You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team, with induction provided, and opportunities for professional development.
