Location: Kingston upon Hull
RISE seeks a Client Services Team Leader to guide a small team of caseworkers and oversee the Helpline, ensuring survivors receive trauma-informed, survivor-focused support. The post is female-only and requires accreditation as IDVA/ISVA or willingness to complete within six months.
The successful candidate will handle their own caseload and collaborate with management to deliver a broad range of interventions and projects, driving high-quality outcomes for survivors and their families.
