Location: Kingston upon Hull
Sunderland Care and Support Ltd is seeking Support Workers to assist adults at home, helping them live independently through meaningful activity. The role is fast-paced and involves working with a multi-disciplinary team to provide person-centred care.
You will provide personal care, meals, light tasks, and support community engagement, with flexible day, evening, weekend and bank holiday shifts. Full DBS check is paid and training is provided.
