Cygnet Adarna House in Bradford is seeking a Band 5 or Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a supportive MDT. You will work at the Bradford site on a permanent, 40-hour contract, starting October 2026, delivering holistic assessments and patient-centred care.
Experience in mental health or learning disability settings with ASD is preferred. You will be part of a team that promotes independence and community access, with DBS and references required for this role.
