This is primarily a frontline care role with additional Senior responsibilities. You’ll continue delivering exceptional, person-centred care while supporting the Registered Manager and Care Coordinator to maintain high standards across the service.

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Supporting and mentoring Care & Support Workers.
• Supporting the induction, shadowing and ongoing development of new team members.
• Promoting best practice and maintaining high standards of care.
• Completing quality assurance tasks, spot checks and observations as required.
• Reporting concerns promptly and contributing to continuous service improvement.
• Working closely with the management team to ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and company policies.

• Has previous experience working within the care sector.
• Is compassionate, reliable and organised.
• Leads by example and supports colleagues.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
• Is registered with, or willing to register with, the SSSC.
