Location: Kingston upon Hull
Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Community Neuro Rehab Team. The role requires neuro experience and an interest in neuro rehabilitation, providing specialised OT input to patients to maximise independence.
You will be autonomous but supervised by a Band 7 OT and work across Broad Green Centre, patient homes and other community settings. The Integrated Neuro Therapy Service offers high quality rehabilitation across the pathway.
