Location: Kingston upon Hull
University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 Cardiac Rehabilitation Assistant to join the team across sites. You will deliver essential patient care under supervision, contribute to rehabilitation programmes and support patients in self-management and recovery.
The role requires experience in health and social care, a keen interest in exercise for health, and a flexible approach across Glenfield Hospital, Leicester General Hospital and NCSEM sites.
