- Undertake comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and provide clinical reasoning and diagnosis for patients with complex and varied presentations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes using evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
- Manage an autonomous outpatient caseload and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with HCPC, CSP, and organisational standards.
- Provide patient education, self-management advice, and injury prevention strategies to support long-term recovery and functional independence.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, GPs, insurers, and other healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans, progress, and discharge recommendations.
- A minimum of 3 years of recent MSK outpatient experience.
- Availability for evening shifts.
- Demonstrable experience with the post-operative rehabilitation of patients who have undergone orthopaedic surgery.
- Experience with patients referred from the primary care setting.
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) membership.
- Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Postgraduate musculoskeletal or orthopaedic rehabilitation training is desirable.
- Current Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
