Exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Physiotherapist in the Community Team within Hull, UK. This ongoing locum position offers an attractive pay of £26.35 per hour for a Full Time commitment. As a valued member of the Community Rehab team, you will deliver essential physiotherapy services across Hull and the East Riding, visiting patients in their own homes. With a minimum of two years’ experience in Community Rehab, your contribution will be both impactful and rewarding.

Familiarity with Systm One is advantageous.

What you will do:

  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes, ensuring tailored rehabilitation plans meet individual needs.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions using Systm One.
  • Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and ongoing health management strategies.
