Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Brain Injury Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for a gentleman in Hull living with the long-term effects of a brain injury. The role focuses on independence, confidence, wellbeing, and community engagement in daily life.
Ideal candidates will have experience as a Support Worker or related roles, hold a Full UK Driving Licence, and be comfortable around dogs. Competitive pay and full induction with ongoing supervision are offered.
