Care Workers at Granville Court provide personal, practical, and emotional support to residents, ensuring dignity, individuality, and a high quality of life. The role involves working under the guidance of registered nurses, healthcare assistants, and activity coordinators, with every day bringing new challenges and rewards.

• Deliver person-centred care to residents with PMLD and complex health needs
• Support daily living activities and promote independence
• Provide respite care for families across East Riding and Hull
