Clinical Services Manager

At Signature Senior Lifestyle, we provide award-winning care in luxurious surroundings. As a Clinical Services Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional, person-centred care for our residents, supporting them to live safe, fulfilled lives.

You’ll lead our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
• Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation.
• Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development.
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care.
• Acting as Deputy General Manager when required.

• Up to £69,300 per annum + plus the potential to earn a 25% salary bonus
