Hours : 30 Hours per Week Pay : £14.22 per Hour 7 day rolling rota Paid Training About the Role Elm Tree Court is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for supporting the daily wellbeing of residents within our residential care home, whilst working alongside the Group Hospitality & Wellbeing Manager to develop and deliver engaging wellbeing programmes across the service.

You will play a key role in promoting meaningful activities, encouraging community involvement, and enhancing residents' quality of life through person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities Plan, organise and deliver a varied programme of individual and group activities. Support and mentor Wellbeing Practitioners across the service. Manage activity schedules and staff rotas. Develop strong relationships with local community groups, organisations, and businesses. Promote resident engagement, independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Work collaboratively with residents, families, care teams, and other professionals. Support themed events, celebrations, and community-based activities.

Maintain accurate activity records and documentation. Contribute to the continuous development of HICA's wider wellbeing programme. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a wellbeing, activities, care, or similar role. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive, creative, and compassionate approach. A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older people, including those living with dementia. Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and community partners.
