Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer-obsessed people, and we’re looking for a HR Advisor to support and advise Quickline’s HR function, playing a key role in delivering a positive and effective employee experience.

This is a 1-year Fixed Term Contract.
Here’s why you’ll love this role…
Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of people matters
Support and advise on Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
Manage and maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation
Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters through to exit processes
Act as a trusted point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex issues where appropriate
Assist with the preparation of HR reports and management information to support decision-making
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role
Proven experience supporting Employee Relations processes such as disciplinaries and grievances
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Working knowledge of UK employment law (or relevant local legislation)
CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards), with CIPD Level 5 desirable
