Senior Workforce Adviser – Fixed Term/Secondment (Maternity Cover)
We are looking to appoint a Senior Workforce Adviser within the Workforce and OD Directorate to support the delivery of a professional, expert and specialist HR service to the Trust.
Responsibilities- Support the delivery of the Workforce and OD People Strategy.
- Provide a specialist service to the wider organisation and offer proactive support with expert advice on HR and ER programmes.
- Deliver transformational change and manage HR initiatives across the Trust.
- Act as the first point of contact for allocated divisions, providing specialist advice on employee relations, sickness absence and change management processes.
- Work under the guidance of the Workforce and Employee Relations Manager to provide a comprehensive, high‑quality operational workforce support service to managers and staff.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the People and OD Directorate and enhance the people experience, performance and commitment.
- Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
- Experience in continuous professional development and a proven track record of implementing HR initiatives.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to provide solutions that transform and develop people experience.
- Desire to attract, retain, develop and engage staff to ensure quality care is delivered.
