Location: Kingston upon Hull
Turning Point in the UK is seeking an experienced HRIS Change Consultant for a fixed-term contract of 18 months. In this role, you will lead the people-side of change for a significant HRIS rollout, ensuring that the workforce not only adopts but embraces new systems.
You will define and track behavioural change, measure outcomes linked to ROI, and employ engagement strategies to foster user advocacy. A proven background in change management and HR processes is essential, particularly in health or social care environments.
