The Role As a trusted HR Advisor, youll partner with managers across a nationwide business, providing commercially focused HR support in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a varied employee relations caseload from start to finish.
• Providing practical HR advice and guidance to operational managers.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites.
• Coaching and supporting managers through people-related matters.
• Supporting long-term absence management alongside Occupational Health.
• Assisting with HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Working closely with the wider HR team to deliver a first-class HR service. About You Were looking for someone who is confident, proactive and enjoys building relationships. Youll ideally have:
• Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
• Confidence managing employee relations cases with minimal supervision.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience with in a fast-paced, multi-site or operational environment (desirable).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
