Location: Kingston upon Hull
Mercer in Hong Kong seeks an experienced professional to join our Career team focusing on executive compensation consulting. You will support executive pay data analysis, client deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and finance teams.
Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in compensation or consulting, strong analytical and project management skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese;
Mandarin is a plus. Hybrid work with three days in the office weekly.
