Location: Kingston upon Hull
The Housing Network is seeking a People Partner to join our HR team in Luton, helping us support vulnerable individuals and families experiencing homelessness. You will manage ER casework and work closely with managers to improve policies and processes.
You will bring HR advisory or generalist experience, solid employment law knowledge, and confidence coaching non-HR managers. CIPD Level 5 or above (or working towards) is desirable as part of your professional development.
