Location: Kingston upon Hull
Artis Recruitment is seeking a People Culture & Engagement Manager for a fixed-term 6–12 month contract within a professional services organisation. You will work closely with the Head of HR to design and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, EDI and internal communications.
You will lead engagement programmes, coach managers, use people data to inform decisions and partner with HR and communications teams to bring our values to life.
