Location: Kingston upon Hull
Tandem Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their established HR team in Kettering. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding and ongoing HR administration, reporting to the HR Director.
The role requires a CIPD qualification, experience in a small HR team, and familiarity with Cascade HR/Payroll and Tensor Absence systems. A proactive, confidential, and organised approach is essential.
