Location: Kingston upon Hull
Consortium Professional Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR Manager in a long-established manufacturing business. The role covers day-to-day HR operations and proactively fosters a positive employee experience across the site.
You will handle employee relations, including grievance, disciplinary and performance matters, working in a commercially focused environment and ideally with CIPD Level 5 or working towards it.
