Location: Kingston upon Hull
Candidate Source is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to influence senior leaders, balance strategic projects with hands-on HR operations, and support a busy site through change.
You will report to the People Director, blending strategic HR initiatives with on‑site partnering to shape decisions, workforce planning and the employee experience.
This 6–8 week assignment offers immediate start, exposure to senior stakeholders and the autonomy to lead meaningful change across people and culture.
