Northbrook College, part of the Chichester College Group, is excited to invite you to join our team as HR Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support recruitment, advise on processes, and deliver a customer-focused HR service within a collaborative team.
As HR Coordinator you will work with managers to recruit staff, provide guidance on recruitment processes, and ensure an efficient, service-oriented approach to HR queries, with opportunities for personal growth and development.
