Location: Kingston upon Hull
Well Placed HR is recruiting on behalf of our client in Falmouth for an experienced Generalist HR Advisor to join their team on a 6-week temporary assignment, working 3 days per week.
This role involves providing practical, commercial HR guidance to managers, handling employee relations cases such as absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, and supporting policies and day-to-day HR operations.
