Location: Kingston upon Hull
Blacklock is seeking a senior People Relations Manager to join our People Team in London. You will lead our employee relations strategy, train managers, coach teams and act as a trusted adviser on complex ER matters.
Working with Operations and People, you will use data to reduce conflict, improve capability and ensure fair, compliant handling of grievances, disciplinaries and restructures across all sites including our Dean Street office.
