Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking an Academy Scouting Representative for the South West region. You will identify, track, and recruit high-potential young players, attending fixtures on evenings and weekends, and reporting findings to the Academy.
This fixed-term role supports our talent pipeline across the South West. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in football scouting and youth recruitment, a network in the South West, and FA Talent Award.
