Location: Kingston upon Hull
TEAM Wakefield is seeking an ambitious HR professional to step into an HR Advisor role. You’ll join a supportive consultancy and gain exposure to Employee Relations as you develop your HR career in a hands-on, office-based setting.
You’ll support a varied client portfolio across the full employee lifecycle, handling HR advice, ER cases, documentation, contracts, and policy updates while building strong relationships and contributing to projects and training.
