Location: Kingston upon Hull
Brackenberry Ltd, in collaboration with a Local Authority in Liverpool, is seeking an Employee Relations Partner on a 2-month contract, with high likelihood of extension. The post requires handling a varied ER caseload, delivering HR guidance in line with employment law and council policies, and working with managers, trade unions, and stakeholders.
You will record cases, produce reports, conduct exit interviews, and drive improvements.
