Location: Kingston upon Hull
Gi Group are partnering with McLaren in Woking to recruit a People Advisor on a six-month temporary basis. The role focuses on day-to-day people queries, routine employee relations matters and core People processes, delivering timely, policy-aligned guidance.
You will work with the People Business Partners and ER Specialist, triaging queries, supporting low-risk ER activity, and maintaining accurate case notes and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
