Location: Kingston upon Hull
Candidate Source Ltd is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to influence senior leaders, steer complex people challenges, and turn strategy into practical action while hands-on in HR operations.
You'll partner with the People Director on a busy site going through change, balancing strategic projects with day-to-day employee relations to shape decision-making and improve the employee experience. This is a 6–8 week assignment with potential extension.
