Location: Kingston upon Hull
The Talent Division is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a part-time role at our Felixstowe manufacturing site. You will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, developing manager capability and strengthening employee engagement to shape the culture of a busy operation.
This end-to-end HR role balances operational HR with strategic work, including union relations, absence, disciplinaries and performance matters.
