Location: Kingston upon Hull
Portfolio HR & Reward is seeking a proactive People & Culture Advisor for a North-West London on-site role within a small, collaborative HR team in a construction company.
You will be the go‑to contact for line managers, lead disciplinary investigations and grievances, draft professional letters, assist with contracts and maternity/paternity paperwork, and contribute to updating HR policies. Benefits include 25 days leave, pension contributions, private health cover and an EAP.
