Airbus is seeking an organised HR Advisor to support a busy HR function at its Broughton site. This part-time role (28 hours per week) offers exposure to payroll activities, data reporting and employee lifecycle processes in a world-leading aerospace environment.
Working with HR Business Partners, managers and employees, you will maintain HR records, support recruitment, absence management and disciplinary processes, while ensuring compliance and data integrity in Workday and SAP.
