Location: Kingston upon Hull
Yü Group in Leicester is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on payroll and employee relations to join our Group HR team. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, manage ER casework, and support sponsorship and immigration compliance across the UK.
The role requires data-savvy attention to detail, knowledge of HR systems (PeopleHR, Ripples) and a proactive approach to improving processes while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.
