This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll play a vital part in the candidate journey, from sourcing and onboarding workers through to supporting their assignments and ensuring our clients receive an outstanding service.

This role is primarily office-based but will involve travel to client sites across the Hull area to support onboarding and workforce activities.
The standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, however flexibility is essential as some client requirements may require early starts. You will also participate in an out-of-hours and weekend on-call rota to support our clients and workforce when needed.

Deliver worker inductions and site briefings.
Complete compliance checks, right-to-work verification, and employment documentation.
Maintain accurate records using Stafforce's internal systems and databases.
Update and manage workforce data using Microsoft Excel and other software packages.
Build strong relationships with candidates, workers, clients, and colleagues.
Monitor worker attendance and assist with shift coordination.
Support workforce planning and fulfil client staffing requirements.
Resolve worker queries and provide ongoing support throughout assignments.
Ensure all processes are completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
Participate in the out-of-hours and weekend on-call rota.
Travel between client sites and offices as required.
