Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer obsessed people, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to help us find, attract and welcome brilliant people to Quickline. If you're interested in people, marketing, recruitment or building a career in HR, this could be the perfect first step. You'll gain hands‑on experience across recruitment, employer branding, attraction campaigns and onboarding while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification

This role is based at our Willerby office on a Fixed Term 21month contract.

• Build real-world experience across recruitment, employer branding, attraction and onboarding activities.
• From careers fairs to social media campaigns, you'll have the chance to contribute to projects that help shape how we attract talent to Quickline.
• Working alongside the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll receive support, coaching and development throughout your apprenticeship journey.
• The opportunity to explore recruitment technology, AI tools and innovative attraction strategies that are transforming the industry.
• Develop your recruitment skills through a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship
