The Hull Branch of Academics is seeking to recruit an additional member of the team to assist with the success of our growth plan. For over a two decades, Academics have successfully delivered an unrivalled recruitment service into local schools, from our extensive and ever-evolving national branch chain.

We are Academics! A sales team, logistics experts, problem solvers and advertising specialists, amongst lots of other aspects of this challenging but highly rewarding job role. Your role as an education resourcer, is a crucial part of the business. In Hull, we're looking to grow the team with specific reference to candidate generation. How do we do this? Advertising and marketing. Networking. Extensive data-base management. Referral schemes. Team work. Without high calibre candidates, we simply do not have the fuel to continue to grow.

We want a self-motivated, career driven people-person with extremely high personal and professional standards…. what you might not have in specific recruitment industry experience will be trained into you from the ground up. The opportunity is perfectly suited to someone who is new to the industry, as well as a more experienced candidate.
