Tavas Techs is seeking an IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) for a permanent, full-time role in Portishead, Bristol. You will deliver advanced technical support across desktops, servers, and cloud environments, resolving incidents with speed and quality.
Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, AD/Entra , and Microsoft 365, plus networking and virtualisation experience. A customer-focused, proactive team player is essential in our fast-paced MSP setting.
