Halfords is seeking a Digital Identity / IAM Lead to own the identity strategy across the business. You will set standards for IGA, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access and drive governance with HR, Retail, Digital, and Garage teams.
Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will manage an outsourced partner, define a maturity roadmap toward least-privilege access, and partner with Cyber and Information Security to maintain a strong security posture.
