Quickline is seeking a Customer Tech Support Advisor to join our Willerby-based team. This on-site role delivers frontline technical support for broadband, Wi‑Fi and VoIP services, following structured triage to diagnose and resolve issues.
You will guide customers by phone or email and log all interactions in our system. The ideal candidate has ISP experience, a solid understanding of broadband connectivity, and a customer‑obsessed approach.
