Confidential is seeking an IT Administrator to provide basic IT and website support. This is an ongoing temporary position, ideal for someone with an interest in IT, prior admin/support experience, or a recent graduate looking to gain experience.
You will be the first point of contact for IT and website-related queries, handling around 10 calls per day, with full support and escalation for more technical issues as needed.
