LLS Product and Solutions Analyst

Job Description

We are recruiting for a LLS Product and Solutions Analyst for LLP Control Tower who could be based in the UK/Netherlands or Portugal
. This role will be to build visibility and use of the product in Europe, building on existing and/or acquired capabilities in other regions. Focus is on building familiarity of the Europe Regional sales team and others with Infor Nexus and providing LLS collateral, supporting customer implementations of Infor Nexus and potentially other tools and supporting the development of Lead Logistics Solutions working along side other LLS team members and the wider DP World team.

This is a great role to get involved in the control tower expansion as we create supply chain innovations. This role will support the team in developing and implementing greater usage of our Infor Nexus tool across the sales team and wider.

About the role

• Develop a detailed understanding from a customer, operational and managerial point of view (i.e. non-technical) of the Infor Nexus supply chain visibility tool, and how it compares with other platforms in DP World
• Provide customer facing and internal demos of Infor Nexus
• Build a seamless relationship with ACS US to be a reliable partner acting for ACS US in EUR
• Use the familiarity with Infor Nexus to support and lead implementation of the platform across Europe
• If required, grow to act as interim or permanent KAM for the implemented business
• Serves as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to drive awareness, adoption, and success of our products in the market
• Support Product training session with internal stakeholders, along with maintenance and development of Product collateral
• Works in close collaboration with the Business Development team to achieve the growth/budget as planned.
• Drives the adjustments / improvements of existed products features based on sales data and market intelligence.
• Develops a pro‑active customers feedback/ insight for current features improvement and needed future features.
• Builds the links to other Regions and product leaders including acquired parties to share knowledge and opportunities and develop cross regional offerings and products.
