Head of Commercial Analytics London | Hybrid - 3 days per week £120,000-£140,000  benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Commercial Analytics to join a high-growth, data-led business in London. This is a senior role with significant exposure across the wider organisation, working closely with leadership teams to use data and insight to support commercial strategy and decision-making.

The Role You'll lead and shape the commercial analytics agenda, helping the business understand performance, identify opportunities and make better, data-driven decisions. You'll be responsible for:
Leading commercial analytics across key areas of the business Using data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement Partnering with senior stakeholders to solve complex commercial problems Developing clear, actionable insight from large and varied datasets Supporting strategic planning and decision-making Improving analytical approaches, processes and ways of working Communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to analysis About You We're looking for an experienced analytics leader who can combine strong technical ability with commercial judgement .

You'll ideally have:
Significant experience in commercial, customer, strategy or product analytics Excellent SQL and Python skills A strong academic background, ideally within a STEM discipline Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions Strong problem-solving and analytical skills The ability to simplify complex problems and communicate insights clearly A pragmatic, entrepreneurial approach and the confidence to operate in a fast-moving environment The Opportunity This is a chance to join a growing, ambitious business at an exciting stage of its journey.
