Business Systems Support Analyst (Dynamics NAV)

Well-established global organisation looking for a hands‑on support analyst to own BAU support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or Business Central and keep the system running smoothly.

What You’ll Do (Support Focus)

Own helpdesk tickets end‑to‑end, ensuring fast, high‑quality resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve 1st/2nd line issues in NAV / Business Central
Support users across finance and operational processes
Investigate data and process issues, identify root cause, and fix or escalated
Work closely with stakeholders, translating business problems into system actions
Create user documentation and deliver training to reduce repeat issues
2+ years supporting NAV (Navision) and/or Business Central
Can run BAU support independently
Strong communication, takes ownership, follows issues through to closure

Nice-to-Haves

Integration troubleshooting exposure
Documentation / training experience
Exposure to other ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite)
