This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence through digitalisation, automation, and AI solutions. 3 days a week in Lnodon City Office Competitive VP salary and compensation package Your Role:
Lead a team delivering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven solutions using platforms like Tungsten Automation, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and GenAI tools. Oversee solution development, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Drive business process reengineering efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity. Manage stakeholder relationships across EMEA Operations and communicate programme updates effectively.
Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure innovative approaches to transformation.
Your Profile:
Proven experience leading digital transformation projects in financial services or consultancy environments. Expertise in intelligent automation platforms (e.g., Tungsten Automation/KTA/RPA/PEGA) and Microsoft Power Platform tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Knowledge of corporate banking operating models and change management principles. Empathetic leadership style with a track record of developing talent within diverse teams.
