Summary The Central Migration team are responsible for integrating clients into Deel following acquisitions. Central Migration Support moves their payrolls from legacy systems onto Deel’s platform, working at Deel speed. As Senior Manager, you will lead the Central Migration Support team and run it against clear SLAs, with built-in QA and quality checks on every migration. The function is driven by KPIs, SLAs and compliance.

The goals are higher volume and greater throughput per headcount, without compromising accuracy, quality or speed. You will also work with the team on automations and on using AI to improve efficiency, so that the team scales without scaling linearly with headcount.

Responsibilities Oversee your team’s daily operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll projects

Triage and resolve escalations within the team, and coordinate with senior leadership for higher-severity cases.

Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Monitor payroll KPIs (accuracy, timeliness, escalation close-out) for your function and report performance to senior management.

Collaborate with Product, HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure data integrity and smooth end-to-end payroll processes.

Contribute to developing and refining payroll policies and training materials, ensuring your team’s knowledge and compliance.
