Our platform is changing the way brokers and insurers place complex risks, replacing traditional processes with smarter, faster and more connected digital trading. Following continued growth across the London Market and internationally, we're expanding our Commercial team and are looking for experienced insurance professionals who want to be part of something genuinely exciting.

The Opportunity
  • This isn't a traditional Account Manager position. You'll become a trusted strategic partner to some of the world's leading brokers, carriers and specialty insurers, helping them maximise the value of the Whitespace platform while supporting their digital transformation journeys.
  • From onboarding new customers to developing long-term executive relationships, you'll own the customer experience from end to end – ensuring every client receives exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand adoption across their business.
  • As Whitespace continues its impressive growth, you'll join a high-performing Account Management and Commercial team that's building lasting partnerships with many of the biggest names in specialty insurance.
  • You’ll work alongside Product, Support, Integrations and Commercial colleagues, giving customers a direct voice into the future development of the platform.
